Stayed Jun 23, 2025This property is a resort like a traditional motel with one set of buildings on the Bayside waterfront and the other across the highway but not on the water. The rooms are very nicely remodeled. The listing was deceptive because we wanted Islamorada and this place is 20 miles south in Layton. We searched for and confirmed a 2BR, 2Bath unit. We were given 2 separate 1BR, 1Bath rooms. That worked out OK for us but it would be trouble for some families. I would recommend specifying you want a rental on the Bayside, which has a beautiful view and all the amenities.
