Oceanfront Private Beach in Key Colony Beach Florida Keys

Darene was a great host. She was responsive and helpful. The location of the condo was perfect. The unit itself could use several updates, and wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked, but we still had a fantastic stay. The coin laundry was annoying, but not a deal breaker. I would stay at this condo again because the location and grounds were absolutely beautiful.

Condo was well appointed and in a perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood with local police presence made it feel extremely safe. Condo was just as pictured and private beach and pool were excellent amenities. Coin laundry was not hard to coordinate around.

The property was perfect for our family of 4. The beach was beautiful and everything was kept up well. The only thing we wished for was that we had laundry in the condo.

The condo was exactly as advertised, great location and decor. The mattresses, linens and towels were heaven. The beach is small, but not crowded. If looking to shell, not the area for you. No elevator, so you get your steps in. The pool is very nice, but only open until sunset. Only suggestion for kitchen is a pizza wheel and scissors

This was our 6th visit to Sea Isle. Our favorite place in the keys. The condos are nice, grassy/beach area is great for relaxing. The grounds are kept up very well. You can make a quick trip to Key West or North to the Everglades. Great location. Good place to walk, see the sunset, safety is never in question.

Darene place was wonderful, very nicely kept, very clean and perfect location to go up/down on the florida keys. Family of 4 had plenty of place to sleep and relax. the sunset beach next to house, direct access to private beach and nice pool was loved by everyone. Communication was top notch. We had a little difficulty getting in the house as security screen was accidentally auto locked from inside by the cleaning crew, but the property manager (patty ?) came right away to sort that out. she even came by next day while we were away to put the tape on the auto lock for such accidental locking. really appreciated that. would love to stay here next time we are in the area.

The communication between the owner and property manager was great. The condo is well represented in the photos and very clean. The kitchen and linens are well stocked. My husband and I stayed a week and enjoyed the beach as well as the convenience of the location. We would stay here again and recommend this property.
