Stayed Dec 3, 2025So much better than expected! The view was incredible, the condo was clean, the staff was great, the property is amazing and really quite. Could be great for busines, solo or small families. JD was also super communicative. Will absolutely stay again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We celebrated a special weekend and stayed at this property. The property manager had excellent communication skills. Was generous to let us check in earlier and even extend are stay slightly longer. The apartment was a perfect size, had all amenities necessary for a stay cation or weeks long. It's location is central to North Beach, South Beach and Bal Harbor and just a few minutes from the hospital and express ways. We're grateful to JD and the entire team at the Carillon and look forward to staying over soon!
