Stayed Dec 28, 2025Front Desk is not always there. No one to help with bags (there are many with skiing) until we carried them all in.Bathroom - toilet seat is old and chipped and needs to be replaced. Shower has holes in the corners - tiles need to be replaced. There are no chairs near fireplace - when we stayed there a few years ago they had a sitting chair. Lighting - the room is so dark we had to use our flashlight - seriously dark. The separate toilet room is literally 20 degrees colder than the rest of the bathroom - rather startling. This is our third time staying at this location - and this room needs help. Bed is very comfortable. Room is quiet. Closet is very roomy. Spa amenities are good. Location is good. Breakfast option is SLOW - like really SLOW - esp for skiers.
