Stayed May 3, 2024Marenas resort, was great the condo was beautiful just like it was listed. We loved having the kitchen, washer and dryer. The beach downstairs was great beach chairs, umbrellas. Overall, we loved our stay!

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Advertised as beach view and able to sleep 4, but at checkin was told i was receiving an upgrade... The upgrade provided an additional bathroom but no beachfront. I was not made aware of the difference at checkin. I booked it for the view. Bathrooms had hair from previous guests still on the walls of the shower and had to call housekeeping for sheets for the pullout. Not happy with the experience. Overall, the room was not ready for occupancy.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024I booked this property without knowing that they recently started construction directly next door. The unit I stayed in was on the 5th floor. Construction began at 7 am until 5:30 pm every day. The noise was extremely loud and can be heard by the pool and beach areas too. If you are looking to be on a vacation and relax do not stay here. Read all the fine print too, the property manager claims that there was a notice warning of the construction prior to booking my stay. When booking I do not recall there being any notification about the construction. When I reached out to the property manager about this it took him 3 days to answer. This will be a long and loud project directly next door to this property. Stay away! Plus the resort fees add up to $40 a night plus $30 a night for parking. While this property is clean it has its wear and tear and can use a facelift. I will not be staying at this property again.
