Way too noisy. Off the resort venues were loud bands, and even on the 12th floor, it sounded like they were in our backyard. Sleeping was difficult, there was no microwave and was upgraded to a handicap room that had an old refrigerator in it. The first room had no refrigerator

Don’t like housekeeper going into your room when your not there and hotel have extra fees they charge at arrival. Tub rusted don’t look anything like pics no microwave and refrigerator in rooms either

Terrible check-in process. Couldnt get a real clerk to make sure they honored our reservation correctly. Valet and bell staff were excellent.

We had a great time. Everything was great. The room was very nice. And loved the pool too. Will be coming back in the future..

great place to stay in vegas!

I was overcharged at check in. I was given a king size bed instead of double beds making one of the guest sleep on the floor and stayed elsewhere another night. Fake fingernail found on the floor. Neither i or my friend wear fake nails. Low water pressure. At times too low to take a proper shower. Casino and pool were good. But i was blindsided by the extra 200 charge at checkout. Very disappointed because trip was budgeted.

The room had a weird smell that would not go away. Like the drains had a clog. The beds were not very comfortable, and were smaller than expected. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Property is fine and located Fremont street. It is the Golden Nugget Casino which was not mad apparent when we booked the property. Would have preferred a ground floor room as we had our dog with us and it was a bit of a hassle to take her out for bathroom breaks.Plenty of things to do nearby and Fremont street is fun to walk around.

The actual hotel room (Golden Nugget) was clean and conveniently located for the Fremont Street action...HOWEVER, being hawked every single time we boarded and unboarded the elevator by the time share sharks was ANNOYING and both myself and hubby were left annoyed and even angry that they were rudely so persistent. Two men in particular invaded our personal space as we walked away. They CHASED after us. This type of hard selling is unacceptable! Worst than pulling into a car lot! We walked by and was hawked. Hours later as we were returning to our room, the SAME MAN who clearly didn't get it, started hawking again. VERY ANNOYING. Oh, and lastly, the Poker Room was not available much, or at convenient hours. It is much more fun gambling with people rather than on the rigged machines! We only witnessed the Poker Room open ONCE! But...the room was nice! Will continue to gamble in Laughlin!

I don't like having to have my room card to get up to the floor we're staying on.

The property Manger stated that the cancellation policy is handled on a case by case basis but did not offer us an opportunity to submit our cancellation request for review. We booked and paid for 3 days even though we never checked in.

We had to swich our room because it was not so clean. The personal was very helpful at the front desk we had to change rooms because the one we had had problems with the water drain in the shower which was also not very clean. The other one was better but the sink drain was clogged with dirty debris. We asked maintenance who told us they would come but did not come.

This hotels main draw is the pool and water slide. They are beautiful, though we didn't utilize them. The hotel room itself was clean but not as nice as the photos allude. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and the tub was cracked and poorly refinished. The soap, shampoo, conditioner in the shower were all empty, luckily i brought my own. It was nicer than a motel room but far from the resort stay i expected. The lobby had a timeshare scam going on which left a bad taste in my mouth as our starting point. The front desk was not friendly, instead I felt like an inconvenience at checkin. BUT shoutout to the girl at the concierge for siteseeing and such. She was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The restaurants felt overpriced for what they were, but I suppose that's just Vegas. The casino also blocked off doors on Saturday which left us with a longer walk to get back into the hotel we were paying to stay at. Location was great, not on main strip but still plenty to explore around the hotel. Overall, it was alright, but not somewhere I'd pay to stay a second time.

Check in was very stressful. I was under the impression that I was fully paid up until I got to the counter and had another $200 in fees to pay. That almost ruined the entire trip. Once everything was done at the counter everything was perfect

I rent on VRBO often and all of my other rentals clearly articulate all fees. You must click more info to see the resort fee that is paid on arrival. The listing should state studio as there is no bedroom it is a basic hotel room and they try to sell you upgrades upon arrival. No need in communication with the owner as they do not own the property. Communication - I sent a message the day of arrival to confirm check in details and was told just look at your reservation confirmation. So whoever list this has done zero to help you. Would book directly with the hotel next time.

I’m sure it is a great place but I didn’t get a chance to make it out there so I don’t really know

for what we paid it wasn't as nice as the picture it was very old no channels on tv, broken hair dryer, gap to room under the doorn next to us could hear everything they said, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, no microwave, nothing most people want in a room, carpeting worn/old. upon check in the person checking us in was rude
