Itz Inn Back Privacy Suite | Sleeps 2 | Next to Hondo's On Main Street

Our room was nice but it really needed a full length mirror which was lacking. Also the internet is non existent which was a pain as we needed to work. Host explained Fredericksburg experiences poor internet service when the town is busy but we’ve been many times before and not had this. Convenient location.

It was a cute room with lots of charm and was close to everything and we walked everywhere.

Loved this place for easy access and wonderful stay in Fredericksburg. Did not like the service. Was unsure of which room we were staying in and tried to reach the contact that was provided when we arrived at night. She never answered after multiple calls. Went to their office and no emergency number to call. I finally found another guest at a different property (30 minutes later) who gave me their contact and was able to reach someone. Turns out we were supposed to be in the upstairs suite. No light left on for us and the instructions never mentioned upstairs. Please add that to the instructions/description of the property for future guests. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Itz Inn and would definitely stay here again. We stayed 2 nights for our 36th wedding anniversary during Spring Break week. Unfortunately Hondo’s was closed the Monday and Tuesday that we stayed so we didn’t get to enjoy the front row seat to the entertainment downstairs. We stayed in the Back Privacy Suite which was an upstairs entry. Very cute! So easy to find. Parking was easy and getting into the suite was a breeze! Check out was also extremely easy and low maintenance. There was a microwave, small cold refrigerator and full size coffeemaker with all needed for coffee in the mornings. We would recommend this place.

Main Street

Overall a great stay. Parking is tricky, there’s only a very small area behind the Inn which fills up with guests visiting the winery or restaurant on either side. The restaurant has live music which is great but they play until 11pm or so. The Inn was clean and stocked well and very homey feeling! It’s the perfect size for a couples weekend or small family getaway.

The property is very quaint and comfortable. Great location within walking distance of everything.

The unit was clean and in a great location.. Within walking distance to everything. The host also recommended the Cabernet Grill for an anniversary dinner which was AMAZING! Will definately book again.

Location was perfect. Easy for local shopping and 2 little shops for coffee were quaint.

It is a nice place. Only problem was nails sticking out in several places in floor and bed was hard as a rock. Besides that great stay!

Tucked between a wine-garten and Hondo's, what a pleasant surprise this place was . . . Obviously an older building, but with modern updates that still had a rustic feel. We had everything we needed and commend the management for having an air conditioner that out-performed many other places we have stayed. Finally, a plug for being within walking distance to the shopping action as well as the German Bakery and Altdorf Biergarten. Thank you.

We loved the location and it was quiet. Bed and bathroom were good. Unfortunately, the place smelled like mildew, no kleenex, only one coffee cup, no tv, and couldn't access wifi. It's a great old building deserving of respect and curtains without holes. Sad.

Third time at the Itz Inn, twice in Back Privacy Suite, love the old time charm, we will definitely visit again!

A much needed mother-daughter trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The accommodations were wonderful, we had all we needed for our stay. We will definitely recommend Itz Inn and will stay again!!

Nice place to stay. Old building with lots of character. Agent was very helpful with arranging for our son to stay with us as well on the pull out bed. Great location with parking too.
