Stayed Feb 15, 2025None of the advertised extras were available, such as : pool, hot tub, breakfast, bar, and the “ snack” corner had 7 lunch size bags , not nearly close to the picture. The room was nice and clean and the bed and linens were really nice.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024The property and customer service were excellent! Messaged host the night prior and was told pool and hot tub were not available until further notice and that our two rooms couldn't be guaranteed to be together. Upon check in (early even), Beth gladly gave us keys to the room that was ready and encouraged my kids to go for a swim. She had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was told the pool was not available.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024We booked here for the pool and hot tub, but when we got there we were told it was under major repair and renovation and would not be open until April 10 and then on top of that the first Two days we had cold water only to Luke warm. No one made us aware and management did not return my call. Staff was nice. We did get hot water finally so they must’ve fixed the problem.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024The pics on the site were completely deceiving. The swimming pool and hot tub were closed for construction yet this was not disclosed during booking. This is an important amenity for people with children and we wouldn’t have booked it if we knew before hand. We booked two units but when we checked in we were handed 2 keys for one room. We figured they were probably connected but that turned out not to be the case. I went back to the front desk to ask and it took the staff a long time to figure out that I had indeed booked 2 units. We finally settled in only to find the water in the shower was ice cold. The 2nd unit’s lock kept jamming and to top it off we were awoken at 3 am by a fire alarm. While we had booked two nights, we couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Wasted $250. Just very disappointed.
