Nice place average hotel room

Simple, not fancy. A place to sleep and shower. Nice.

I filtered our VRBO searches to only include properties with a hot tub, and I specifically booked because of this and the fact it said there was a KING bed. The hot tub was not available and hasn’t been for over a year according to hotel staff. The room we were put in had two queen beds which would be fine if we had planned on having to sleep in separate beds. The host really needs to update the listing description to accurately reflect the available amenities so that travelers can make informed decisions on where to book. I’m not happy with the host and their refusal to offer a full refund before my trip, when I found out the hot tub was not available. I feel like I was duped into an overpriced basic hotel when I could’ve found a nicer place with a hot tub like we really wanted for our vacation.

Will do it again

The hotel was in a convenient location for our weekend trip. It is showing signs of wear and needs a good cleaning. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights. Room was adequate. Carpet needs cleaned. There were loud guests. Management handled the situation. No breakfast or coffee (except a small coffee maker in the room). Would stay in another place next time.

One night stay was fast and easy. Staff are great.
