Eden Prairie Getaway! Indoor Swimming Pool, Pets Are Allowed with Fee

It was advertise that this would be a private home to myself and it was just a regular hotel room, .when I arrived and then I call and was transfer to Vrbo and now I sending pictures of the advertisement to them to review and this should not have happen, I invite family in from out of town to celebrate and then had to cancel at last minute. Not happy at all.

The facility was okay. The bed was comfortable but the room was humid. Thought there was supposed to be a hot tub on site, but no.

*I thought the property/hotel room itself was just okay.*No jacuzzi tub in room as it was listed on hotel website & no hot tub in pool area which was also a bummer.*Wasn't able to take advantage of the courtyard fire pit as too many other guests &too many other guests too swim in pool area at all either evening of our stay.*My girlfriend and I ate breakfast one of the mornings we were staying & it was at least fine.

My wife and I (and our dog) spent a long weekend at the Eden Prairie property. The staff were courteous and accommodating. We could not have been happier with our experience. Highly recommend.

We do a hiking trip every summer this hotel was perfectly located and accommodating to my animals

This property is just like a motel but without a name brand. We stayed several days, and it was far cheaper than a motel. I would stay here again.

Convenient location. Quiet area overall. Lots of parking and supportive staff.

The room and facilities were nice enough. Minor issues. No liner in trash can, refrigerator did not work, when reported someone said they'd be up; had to get some one the next day. New energy saving mode but no instructions on how to operate. No information in the room, i.e. places to eat, password, numbers to xall for assistance. We used the room for a place to sleep while spending all day with family. So, for our purpose, it was fine.

Nice easy stay. Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Only complaint is that the room was super humid. Like wet carpet humid.

The property was easy to get too Lots of amenities around Check in and check out was a breeze. We traveled with our dog, accommodations for the pet were great. Good area for potty breaks and adequate areas for good walks. Area felt safe and lighting was good. Will stay again

very clean and nice space, just not super big and no microwave or easy access to drinking water so not ideal for more than 1 night. for a short stay this place was great!!!

Misleading that this is a normal hotel. Lack of description and instructions beforehand

We were very happy with the location, staff and facility. Loved the outdoor seating area. Only, minor, complaint was you could tell the room has been shut up for awhile due to a stale smell.

Clean and adequate

Property was perfect, comfortable bed, clean and plenty of space. Great area to get our dog out for walks.

Our stay was ok, the location was convenient.. Ii was good to have our dog stay with us. We did have no refrigerator for 3 days and the maintenance brought in a refrigerator.. Also the shower was tricky between the shower curtain and the shower head we always ended up with water on the floor.

Everything was ok except we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the lobby to watch Netflix cause somehow the remote isn’t working properly and tv is old including the one in the room I couldn’t connect it to my phone to enjoy indoor evening with my partner so that was a disappointment but above all everything else was good
