Stayed Apr 5, 2025The description never identified what hotel. We didn’t know where we were staying. only described that there was ocean views and city escape; it was not.Front desk clerk Shirley was awesome. 6 in our group ; 2 to a room and we were on different floors and they were outdated.The rooftop was closed during our stay and was not able to access pool and hot tub and we were not aware until our arrival. Some of the interests were due to the rooftop.Parking was 35.00 a day literature said 30.00 a day. Parking lot was tight and not efficient . Our truck was pinned in and had to have front desk to call for assistance to get out of parking spot.Location was good but amenities were underwhelming.Looking for financial compensation.No communication with property management. Should have made us aware of roof top closing.
