Centrally located 4 bed, 3 bath near Kroger field, Rupp, golf, and hospitals.

The home was clean and close to everything. Rooms and bathrooms nicely done. Nice patio in back.

Couple parents came in to visit kids at UK. Property was perfect for what we wanted and was just as advertised.Owner was immediately responsive to issue w refrigerator (tripped circuit).Definitely would recommend and will definitely consider on next visit in.

Location is great, very central to everything in Lexington. I believe the price was very fair. The house itself was great, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and looks like everything has been renovated in the last few years! The only thing keeping me from giving this an Excellent rating is that I got in later than expected and had hoped there would be a welcome package with bottled water and some snacks, etc, but nothing was there. Over the last 5 years of me staying at vrbo's and airb&b's, there has always been a welcome package many times including a bottle of wine and/or a few bottles of local beer. Also, there were a few other items that I couldn 't find or just were not there, i.e. hair dryers and body soap. Instead, just giant, Costco jugs of shampoo and hair contitioner. And that was a first for me as well as I usually find a collection of soaps, shampoos and skin creams at these locations. Would I stay their again? YES, but just know you may need to pack some things for your trip that you have expected to find there already.

We were happy with the house and location. Kids had their own rooms and bathrooms. Primary bedroom suite was great. Loved the heater in the shower. Huge closet. Would stay here again. Host was a great communicator. Thank you!

Our “framily” group was pleased with the amenities, location, and spacious bedrooms in this home. This comfortable ranch is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to the university, grocery stores, and many distilleries, and it is well-suited for group trips. Would recommend!

This home was perfectly located to everything in Lexington. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. Looking to stay there again this time with family. Did I mentioned how CLEAN it was ! Also thanks for having a Tv in each room- we all were very happy for 4 days…. Oh yeah enjoyed the back patio at nights in a quiet neighborhood.

In town for a UK football game. Worked out great wonderful home and close to the school.

This is a good place to stay if you want to be near the stadium and downtown. Recommend texting the property manager directly, not messaging through VRBO, if you have a question or concern.

Great location. Perfect central home base for our trip to Red River Gorge, Ark Encounter and Rail Explorers. Look forward to visiting again.

Very nice updated home. We had plenty of space for our family of six with everything we needed. Only complaint is that we wish there were curtains in the bedrooms. The rooms were very bright in the morning and even at night because of the outside lights.

When we arrived, I thought there was no way this was the house I reserved. Once we walked in the door, it was obvious that I was wrong. The house was gorgeous. Obviously just remodeled. Everything was brand new. Everything worked and the host was easy to reach, even after our stay.

Using this property a second time should be all you need to know. We had a party of 5, one couple and 3 singles, all were comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, kitchen provided the basics including a lot of counter space. Patio outback is perfect for hanging out outside. As far as the location, for our needs it is ideal. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and clean. Downtown is close, and reaching the distilleries on the western side of Lexington is really easy. If this property meets all your criteria, don't hesitate, book it!

The location was convenient for our trip, Keeneland, downtown as well as bourbon tours and golf.
