Stayed Apr 25, 2025I dont remember seeing any additional daily resort charge fee when booking though VRBO, 2hich was added expenses I was not aware of and did not use what was included in the fees. Upon arrival at check in, everything was self service where at times the kiosk instruction was not clear to follow, when asked for assistant, the male staff was not friendly at all or helpful. I saw elders having a difficult time checking in.I feel because we booked through third party, the room assigned was at the very end of the property/building where not much renovation/upgrade was done. It was a trek to get to the room.Checking out was a nighmare, not enough staff to assist with the bags arriving and departing.The only positive feedback was the locatio of where we wanted to be when attending a festival.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Its a Casino hotel which has more rooms without proper service. You end up walking more time to reach out to your room. No service and fridge or Oven as regular hotel rooms.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We loved the location and everything about our stay. The only thing was we had to check 3 days in a row for our parking permit to be changed from 1 day to 3 days for the free parking. Everything else was great! Everyone was very helpful and friendly to make our first visit to Las Vegas a fun one!
