Beach happy Geataway!

Great room for a family of 4, great location! Private beaxh and great restaurants on the property! Drive to the ocean about 1 hr.

The suite was so cute and well set up, everything was provided: towels, sunscreen, kitchenware, etc. The property had a private beach, tiki bar and restaurant with gre at food. We enjoyed our fee days!

Lovely! Will definitely return next year.

I thought beach meant it was on the beach. I was looking forward to hearing waves crash, but it's on a canal, not a beach. Still very nice and a great bargain for the money.

Once I booked the reservation we were sent the room/unit number, the code to get in, and a parking pass. That was a big plus! We were also informed if additional parking passes were needed they were available in the room. That was not true. I contacted the host 3 different ways through the VRBO app, called, and texts and never received a response.The decorative pillows on the couch were dirty and dingy. The pillows on the bed had what looked like a dark brown spot. The shower only has a half door which means the water ended up on the mat outside of the shower. The shower is hard to turn on as well. The location was pretty great. 2 restaurants within walking distance. The benches and tables on the property were absolutely awful. They were rusted so bad that we used towels to sit on so we didn't get cut. Now I understand the waves do come up and may cause some damage but this looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. It says there is was a heated pool but it wasn't heated. We asked one of the pool guys was there a button or something and they turned something on but it never heated up.

Wished it had a king bed and black out curtains and some info about the area restaurants, directions, menus. We are not very tech-savvy and would have appreciated a notebook with some basic info. The area needs some work! Holes in the ground, lots of clutter under trees, benches by the water falling apart. Still love the area, quiet and safe. We will be back and hope for some improvements! Jets on the hot tub never worked.

We had to wait 2 hours after check in to get in our room with no contact from owner everything else was good with amenities and surroundings were great

We wanted a cute area for the weekend to relax (30 min from our house lol). The condo was on 1st floor, our parking was right in front of our door. The grounds were beautiful, lots of amenities which we had access to all. The condo was beautifully decorated, nice cold A/C, mini fridge/freezer, 2 burner cooktop, along with kitchenware, and comfortable bedding with extra pillows. The one small negative was the water coming out of the shower was weak and sometimes groaned. We chalked it up to hard water scale. There are 2 bar & grill places we could walk to in about 5 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank You Marilin for sharing your home with us:)

Check in was horrible, literally standing outside with no code and after numerous texts, calls and messages had to use virtual host. Toilet paper holder broken, AC was so loud couldn’t sleep and no ice trays to name a few. Was celebrating 50th wedding anniversary.

This place was impressive. It had everything quick walk up the free beach and access to the free pool that also has a hot tub. Beautiful quiet location but convenient to everything we needed. Beach towels were provided which I appreciated so much! Thank you for such a sweet quiet place where we had the most memorable time and a lifetime experience. Thank you! Host were great and on top of everything!

We loved our unit. The decor and vibe was awesome. Great view all around the complex. Loved the easy access to get in and out of our unit. Few down falls- the toilet paper holder was broken and the tp kept falling into the floor and would get wet. Had to store it on the bathroom ledge which is fine but inconvenient.The bed frame was awful. It was extended on the ends and poked way out. Getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and getting back in bed my fiance and I both whacked our shins on it, multiple times. My leg is definitely bruised and cut up from it.. it was very annoying. I couldn’t find anything about WiFi but I may have over looked that in an email. However there was a lack of outlets for plugging things in. We had two phones, two watches a speaker and AirPods to charge and only had the outlets in the kitchen. That was a bummer but it was nice to disconnect for the weekend. The emergency light is bright but bearable we didn’t seem to have trouble sleeping thru it. The dryer didn’t work and ate my 2 lol. Again not a huge deal but a downfall. That’s on the property though, not unit specific.There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows which was nice. I love a lot of pillows so that was a good bonus.Two pools and the private beach were all very lovely. Everyone was pretty kind throughout the complex. All in all we enjoyed our stay here. I would totally come back to this unit (pending bedframe). Thanks for having us.

Very nice place except for the bright light outside

Came in town for a wedding very convenient in the location and maybe it is for wonderful.

Peaceful & relaxed. Disappointed that the little pool wasn’t heated.

This is the 2nd year we stayed in this unit for 2 weeks. We like it because it’s on the ground floor and has 1 queen bed away from the air conditioner and kitchenette to cook (2burner cooktop microwave air fryer and mini refrigerator). Good for 2 people.

Unit 105 is absolutely adorable! The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, along with plenty of space to store my food, which made it feel like home. The decor and finishes were fresh and modern, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I also felt very safe during my stay, and the sense of community in the area was a nice touch. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style, and I’d definitely stay again! Bringing the fam, next time!

Super cute place. Right at the water. Very peaceful, but not too far from various activities. Very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again!

Great place. Quiet!!! Nice pools. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Only negative was a very bright porch light with no switch to turn off, no blackout shades,the room was never dark for sleeping.

Comfortable. The only thing wrong is the ac trips sometime.

Was no beach or kitchen. It’s a big lie. Don’t waste your money.

This is our 2nd time staying at the location. Everything was clean and weather was beautiful. The 2 restaurant/bars located on the premise are very good as well. Only a 35+minute drive to Tampa or Sarasota so not to far from things. It is a quiet place to relax and get some sun. Highly recommend the place.
