Stayed May 28, 2025Views were not to be had as advertised. Bar closed early despite one of the largest concert venues to be had. Winking Lizard next door but services were limited, staff was minimal, and they closed early too. Within walking distance to the concert which was great. Room was ok. Would stay again for location and parking.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Weekend in Cleveland for a Browns game. Property is the Westin hotel which was very nice. Great location. Walking distance to the stadium and Rock and Roll HOF.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023The property is was in a great location for our purposes…it was walkable for the reasons of our stay. While the property was very clean and comfortable, it had a dark ambience…brighter colors would make for a more modern look and feel vs an out dated feel. The onsite restaurant had great food…we only had burgers but every dish I saw looked awesome and several folks were ordering to go orders. In summary, the staff was great and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023Overall, we had a great stay! The Westin is in the perfect location and within walking distance from bars/restaurants, the Browns’ stadium, the Guardians’ stadium, and the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame. Friendly staff and great views from the room. The only critique I have, is that the room could have been cleaner. There were spots on the carpet and crumbs on the desk, and the shower could’ve used a good scrubbing. Parking was also super convenient!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023A great location! Only a few blocks from Progressive Field and beautiful views of the lake! Made our weekend away even more enjoyable.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023The stay was great, staff was wonderful. Valet is overpriced, but staff was good with truck and timely with retrieval. In the end, the listing is a very popular Hotel Chain. It needs to just state that. Would have been helpful.
