Stayed Dec 4, 2024The place was bigger than the pictures made it out to be. It was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own bed. Great place to take the family while in NYC!

Stayed Oct 7, 2024Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat raiser and a stool, in case the bed was too high (it wasn’t.). Had I thought about it, I could also have bought and shipped a shower chair. The staff was courteous, attentive and caring. We had an excellent stay.
