Stayed Jun 20, 2025I chose this room because it had a kitchen, but the breaker tripped just from using the microwave and coffee maker at the same time. At night, there was no staff at the front desk, and no emergency contact information was provided. I had no choice but to contact both Expedia and Vrbo, but the response was far from smooth—it took two full hours from my initial call to get the power restored. If the hotel had simply provided an emergency contact, the issue could have been resolved in 10 minutes. This is a Vrbo property, not an Expedia property, so I would not recommend booking it through Expedia. When trouble occurs, Expedia cannot handle the issue directly and tells you to contact Vrbo instead, which leads to being passed around without clear responsibility. I found the whole process unhelpful and unprofessional.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay worked well. The description of the room was not as advertised and we thought we were getting to queen beds and ended with a sleeper sofa and a bed however there was a mini fridge and a microwave which was also not pictured. The mattresses were not comfortable at all however it was in budget for a ski weekend so it worked and we were exhausted from skiing.
