Stayed Apr 25, 2025Nice and clean two bedroom unit for a weekend stay. The complex appeared to have a number of nice amenities, but we did not have a chance to use them as we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The host was very responsive to questions and the staff on site were friendly and helpful. While the unit was good, the address in the listing was incorrect. The unit was at the Club Wyndham Smoky Mtn Lodge, but provided the address for the Club Wyndham Great Smoky Mtn Lodge. I did not know they were different properties. Unfortunately our unit was located 15-20 minutes away from the address provided on the listing. It was a bit of a headache to not stay at the same complex with the rest of my daughters team and have to drive to the convention center every day as opposed to walking next door if we were at the unit we expected to be in.All that being said, if you arent needing to be at the convention center or next door to the Sevierville golf club (like we thought we were getting), this was a nice unit that i would recommend.
