This was a family “girls” trip and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Airport was close, dowtown was easy to get to on the shuttle, Opryland hotel was close by as well as the Grand Ole Opry. There were 6 of us and we had two units which worked out perfectly.
We loved the place and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect - loved Nashville Palace and the other venues about a mile away. Didn't get to the Grand Ole Oprey, but we will be back sometime soon! Loved Nashville and the convenience of taking either the shuttle or Uber to Broad Street. We all had a fantastic time!
We have been coming to this property for 15 years. Not centrally located necessarily but very close to Gaylord Opryland and shopping which we very much enjoy. Our only wish is that they would update the units and to cleaner repair.
This property leaves a lot to be desired. The room was old; furniture was scratched and chipped; rugs were dirty; patio was covered in bird droppings; bathroom sink was clogged; cabinet door was off the hinges; patio door wouldn't close; 2 bedroom pillows had dirty pillow covers; bathroom light was out. Booked through VRBO. What a mistake! Had difficulty reaching our rental person. Our information was not transmitted to the hotel until the last minute. Rental person never followed-up to see if we were having any problems. Would never use VRBO again.
Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The kids swam and played table tennis. The location is great and close to all attractions and downtown. The resort also offers transportation for a very low daily cost.
We visited town for a concert at the Ryman. The location was great. The property was accurately listed. The shuttle to downtown was great as well. Although this resort seems to be a bit dated in the decor, it was clean, the staff was excellent and the floor plan was just what we needed. I would stay here again.
Overall, the setting is very nice, clean and quite, well set up for 2 couples with a very nice kitchen and bedrooms. Our other couple did mention that the bathroom lighting was too dim but the bonus was there was a washer and dryer. Beware of the salespersons at check-in that work very hard to get you to listen to a time share spiel. It is close to the Grand Ole Opry but quite a distance from downtown Nashville but they do have a small bus that will take to there for a fee. Overall, if we returned to Nashville, I would consider staying there again.
Great!!
Our deluxe two bedroom and two bathroom condo was perfect for us and our two friends from Pennsylvania. Everyone was extremely warm, welcoming and exhibited the best customer service. We hated to leave but believe me it was “just what we wanted”!
I had an excellent experience. Clean and spacious.
Clean-Quiet-Spacious. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suites. It was like a furnished apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay! Highly recommend!
Even though we said we weren’t gonna do the sales presentation we did. Wish that we didn’t because it is just like every other time share presentation. But it was a rainy day so we didn’t miss out on too much. The kicker was when the manager (Ryan) of the salesman made us tour a unit that we told them we were NOT interested in buying. It was raining out and he made us go to see the unit. When we told him AGAIN we’re not interested he had an extremely arrogant attitude and was very rude. Unit was nice but needed updating and they are getting ready to do that. What really surprised us is the amount of spiders and cob webs all over the property and not one person was making any effort to clean.
The check in process I gave a 4 star because it's a two-step process - check in at main desk and get regular keycards, then see the concierge to get amenities wristbands, area info/maps and then they hope you'll schedule a time to hear the sales presentation since this is a time-share property. With nobody ahead of me at the desk plus walking directly to a concierge rep, it was still a 20–30-minute process. If I'd known there would be this delay in getting to the room, we might have stopped for bathroom break and dinner before checking in because we had a long day in traffic because 40 was closed and diverted off for about 15 miles - making the trip an hour+ longer than it should have been. My family was ready to get unpacked and relax OUT of the van. I would have done the sales presentation but then they wanted $40 to hold the seat so that was a no thanks, even if it would be refunded for attending. Fortunately, they were not overly pressuring but still would have rather not dealt with this upon arrival - or at least preferred to know it was part of the check-in process in advance. (When we got home, there was a letter from Club Wyndham regarding the timeshare sales element, dated after we already checked in - so that should have been sent much earlier) The wristbands being used to get into the pool area canceled the key cards so new keys and wristbands had to be made. Then a few days later, something else in the system was quirky and had us checked out on the wrong day, so all our keys voided, and we had to get new ones made again. Otherwise, it was a great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious - we were there for a dance competition so had lots of costumes, etc. in addition to regular luggage so plenty or space for all that. There was construction on the property, but it didn't interfere with amenities, and we didn't notice noise from it. Staff on site was friendly and helpful, elevators were fast, other guests respected the quiet hours, questions prior to stay were answered promptly. If the dance studio choses to attend a competition close by again, we would consider staying here again.
Convenient location, we really enjoyed our stay!
Would recommend to family or friends
Although there was construction being done on the property during our stay, our condo was quiet. The condo was clean and well kept, and the bed was very comfortable. The property is very close to the Grand Ol Opry. We stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute. We will reserve this condo again when visiting Nashville.
