Stayed Feb 16, 2025Great spot, dolphins, whales, turtles right at the beach on property. You don’t have to waste your money on boat/snorkeling tours, you pop a mask on and see plenty right on beach. Supermarket and a few other restaurants within a mile, we walked. Food trucks walking distance as well. Free shuttle to shops/ restaurants came in very handy as well

Stayed Apr 14, 2023We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resorts! This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back! The amenities included feel like you’re at a hotel and not a time share! The shuttles to Lahaina and Whaler’s Village were so handy, the pool was beautiful and well kept (get there early for a good lounge chair in the shade), the staff was friendly, and you cannot beat the location! The room was perfect for what we needed but just note the studio does only come with a Juliette balcony. The kitchenette was so useful for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely be coming here again!

Stayed Apr 23, 2022This is the first time that my husband and I have stayed at this resort. We have been to HI 12 times. This is the first resort that we truly want to go back to. We have no complaints at all. The greeting we received at check in, the amenities, the oceanfront view from our condo, it was all the best. Having a store onsite, restaurants onsite that left us wanting more and local transportation to go to Lahaina. You couldn't ask for any more.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022The studio was nice and suited my three kids and me. The view is beautiful! Overlooks pool area and ocean. The balcony isn’t very big, but I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there and enjoyed the view. The property at the Westin is really ideal for a stay in Maui. Great pools and pretty grounds. We had to switch rooms halfway through our stay because of a pretty bad ant problem. We had the hotel spray twice but the ants reappeared everywhere in the room. When I woke up one morning there was a layer of ants covering the surface of my water glass. The ants and inconvenience of having to switch rooms put a damper on this review, but once the issue is resolved, I’d say it’s definitely a nice place to stay.

Stayed Apr 2, 2022Great property, especially nice for small kids due to access to multiple kid swimming pools. For check in—just check in at hotel main desk. Only note is the balcony is only about a foot wide (is more of a large window with sliding glass).
