Westin Ka'anapali spacious 2 Bedroom villa with full resort access

We had a great experience over all. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view is amazing, pools are great. It was awesome to just be able to step on to beach without a long walk. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. The property, room, and location were all great. Our only challenge was with check-in. Check in started at 4pm, but we weren't able to get into our room until 8pm (and even that required much begging and pleading). We traveled during Spring Break, so the resort was at full capacity and clearly struggling to turn rooms over quickly enough. If you travel during a busy season, definitely allow extra time for check in.

We had a wonderful time. Our two grandsons, ages 6 and 3, loved access to all the pools and the beach. It's the perfect place for kids and adults to relax and enjoy the beauty. Mahalo!

A great place to enjoy for all ages.

We had an AMAZING time! The Westin Villas were beautiful and we loved our ocean front view. Beautiful snorkeling right in front of the property, walking distance to Duke's or Whaler's Village. The younger teens used the trolley/shuttle without issue. The staff was very friendly and ready to help answer any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back. Mahalo!

Had a wonderful stay in Hawaii with my family. Unit was clean and well appointed, except for knives which were incredibly dull. Also unit was a studio and a one bedroom not a two bedroom unit which was super spacious. Pools and beach beautiful, lawn areas were amazing for the kiddo to run around in. No cleaning service still due to COVID precautions.

The room itself was fantastic. Great direct ocean view with a big patio and plenty of space for my family. We have been to Kaanapali several times before and this is the farthest from Whaler's Village we have stayed. The resort was beautiful, the staff was great, and the snorkeling at the beach directly behind the resort was great. They need some closer dining options on the beach because Whaler's Village it kind of a windy treck, but otherwise we loved it there. The booking process with Belani was easy and exactly as advertised.

Beautiful resort. Only issue was having to wait in line for an hour to check in.

The property was beautiful but in need of some upkeep. The drapery was broken in one of our rooms and the stovetop in the other room took over 15 minutes to heat up. The view was fabulous from our balcony and we enjoyed watching whales from there. The only major problem was a 2 1/2 wait to check in the night we got there with some very tired and hot travelers.

The rooms were not properly cleaned when we arrived and they had to come and redo it. No housekeeping during the stay. Priced as non ocean front and then they charge you for upgrade to ocean front as very few non ocean front available, if any. Worst of all the closet with the laundry stank of sewage and even though Engineering came in 4 times to flush it out, this did nothing for the stench. Totally just air freshener as the solution. The beach chairs are filthy and 4 out of 5 bbqs did not work.
