Stayed Jul 30, 2021The unit was perfect- clean, ocean view, comfortable beds and well-stocked. The property was amazing although noticeably understaffed at the 2 open restaurants/bars. The general store in the south building was under renovation but there was a general store in the north tower. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

Stayed Jul 2, 2021This place is great for families. Wonderful beach, pools, and location. Unfortunately as with everywhere it was way understaffed and check-in and out is always a nightmare here. So be prepared to stand in line and wait. They are not accommodating at all. But we have been coming here for years and will continue to do so because we love it.

Stayed Jan 7, 2021Poor electrical design in bathroom. Everything in bathroom, including toilet fan and shower light turns on/off with the same switch. All or none. Also the outside deck is too small for a table. Only big enough for two small plastic chairs.

Stayed Feb 29, 2020We liked the interior of our unit. Quiet, never heard our neighbors. Well stocked with kitchenware. Good frig. However, it needs updating. No SmartTV, so couldn't stream. The thermostat didn't work correctly, needs to be replaced. Insufficient number of patio chairs and hangars, spotty wifi for texfrog. Lighting was dim, had to move a lamp to the table to see better. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained. The fitness rooms were barely adequate for the number of people that used them. Needed more space, but well equipped and clean.

Stayed Jun 8, 2019We had a terrific time at the Westin resort. Well maintained property, great choice of multiple restaurants, beach walk, great swimming pools, super comfy rooms and beds.
