Stayed Feb 11, 2021My family loved the waterpark despite it closing for Covid cleaning. When we went in the waterpark the attendant failed to mention that they closed for cleaning. But we were allowed to go back afterwards. Our room was far from clean. I took photos so I can provide those. I had to use a bath towel on the bathroom floor bc the floor was BLACK. We notified Macy of the issues and she turned them. We also let her know that we needed towels and they finally came the day we left.
