Wonderful resort for my kids senior spring break trip. Everyone was very nice. Room was excellent. Resort had lots of amenities. Great location. Lots of other restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. My kids and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this resort again if we go back.

We were locked out of our room for HOURS! Sitting on the hallway floor waiting to get in our room and management did NOT care! Maintenance came up and asked if we locked the deadbolt on our way out (Say what?!?!) After hours of being locked out of our room, missing breakfast, missing lunch and even a scheduled event with friends. We explained our money was in the room, no accommodation nothing! They had to bring a laptop up and reboot a server for our electronic door! I did not feel comfortable in that room, but was told nothing they could do. After finally getting into our room, the shower was clogged, maintenance never came to fix! This is after 4 days of NO HOUSEKEEPING! I called and called to ask for more towels, supplies etc. I complained again and finally got a new room a few doors down, again no other accommodations or sorry we suck! The pool is EXTREMELY LOUD with no relaxation at all, we tried the beach and it was so loud from the pool music and music from boats that are beached. I promise I am a party girl and not one to complain, but sometimes you just need a minute to think and relax, it was non stop party & loud! All we wanted was a nice relaxing vacation away from our hectic life and spent ALOT of money that was unnecessary due to the hotel issues! The staff did NOT care, I asked for management and NEVER got it! I asked Roompicks for help as well and never got it! They finally gave me a 35 room fee refund! Like come on, do better! I will tell everyone!!!

Had a great time. We had a small issue that we were directed to the wrong place by valet to check in but once directed to the right place everything from that point was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything at the Ft. Myers Beach Margaritaville Resort was great except for the Security Manager.I had purchased 4 outfits for my wife, and had them ship to the Resort. I checked every day if they received her packages. They said No every day. One hour after I checked out, they called to say they literally just received my packages. I asked them to ship them to my house. They said their Security Department has a very specific process for shipping. More than 10 emails and phone calls later, I still have not convinced their Security Department to ship me the 4 outfits...despite forwarding them the Pre-Paid USPS Shipping Label (they require USPS, it can't be UPS or FedEx). It's almost comical.

We had a wonderful time at Margaritaville. Unfortunately the door going to the balcony has a high step that I was unaware of and I got a nasty cut on my knee. But other than that it is beautiful.
