Waterfront 3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bathroom Suite at REAL Watersports

Spacious, clean, modern, new. Would highly recommend. Sunsets & watching all the kite boarders in the sound off the deck was phenomenal. Lots of good restaurants close & Watermen’s grill on property was fabulous.

Stayed here many times. A perfect place to stay if you are wind sports junkie

The property was exactly as described...AMAZING! We enjoyed the quiet setting when needed, but also ran down the stairs to enjoy live music and fun times during the sunsets. There is no better place to enjoy sunsets than Watermen's Retreat (The Slick).

Great place to go and relax! Facility is very accommodating for families! Great views and comfortable rooms! Quiet time at 10pm makes it easy to rest for your next days adventure! Waterman's B&G serves some of the best food on OBX. We at a sit down meal every night! You can also bring it back to your place if desired. They have storage for your outdoor gear on property, which was great so not to track all the sand back to your room. Outdoor shower facility to remove all the sand also! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Pros: nice modern condo. Living room, master bedroom, and master bath spacious. Nice flooring, modern granite, and appliances. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area. Cons: Donna the property manager doesn’t answer your questions. When she does reply it’s about 24 hrs later and she answers incorrectly. Check in stops at 6pm. There is no insulation between floors so you hear every foot step from the floor above you. The pictures on the website isn’t what you’re getting. This isn’t one person renting their condo. The whole building is for rent so you don’t know which view or condo you’re getting. Our first 2 nights were a view of a road not a beach front view. When I pointed out the pictures from the vrbo website the gentleman moved us to a water front view. It’s advertised as a 3 bedroom but, it’s really a 2 bedroom and a very small office with no closet. No pool. Very few sit down restaurants in this area. No groceries stores so make sure you pick up food and drinks before you get there.

We couldn't have asked for more! There were 6 of us and everyone was comfortable and felt like they were in a luxury suite. The view from the deck was incredible and we loved watching the kite boarding! The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and we liked having the restaurant and music next door! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the layout. We highly recommend the property and will hopefully be back soon!

Beautiful Room, Restaurant next door loved the food and Coffee! Definitely recommend this place. Rodanthe Beach is close and watching the wind surfers was great!
