Stayed Jan 6, 2025The place needs to be inspected. Mould in the bedroom ceiling, amenities not working. Hole in the pool where the filter is, very dangerous. Not a place for families with kids.Kitchen full of cockroaches not big enough for a large group.the owner is nice but the place needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Gardens are nice and that’s the only nice thing about the place. The owner occupies cabin 6 and has a lot of stuff outside which brings bugs and it just looks messy.overall we were disappointed about the place and believe mislead by the pictures on the website.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We had an amazing stay at Wamberal Cottage. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The set up was perfect for our group of 17. Each of our 5 families/couples had a room/cabin and enjoyed the pool and communal area. The gardens were beautiful and plenty of room for cricket and outdoor sports. The pool was a hit. The kids also enjoyed playing with the host Steve’s friendly golden retriever James Bond.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The Property has definitely seen better days, it is looking and feeling very tired at the moment!! Having said that it served it purpose for our event, the space is great, and location is great.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Excellent spot for friends and I to have a weekend away. Close to golf, breweries, bowlos, and the beach. Accommodation is simple but clean and had everything we needed. Pool, BBQ, space to throw a ball around. Steve is a great communicator, had heaps of helpful advice for activities and places to go.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Awesome venue for our group of families with teenagers. Plenty of room for a game of soccer, everyone had a bed and plenty of bathrooms and the common areas were fantastic. Loved the pool. Plenty of parking, lovely quiet property. Steve was a great host, very helpful and friendly. We’d definitely come again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Excellent spot for a bucks weekend. Central kitchenette next to pool with toilet is unreal. Beds are basic but all you really need on these type of events. Wasn't aware that the host lived on site, however, Steve was a real gentleman and super helpful and never understanding. His partner was also extremely nice and accommodating. Great spot.
