Stayed Jul 3, 2025Although the view was amazing, The property was very thrashed. It was extremely unclean when we first got there. Someone had spilled something stick all over the floors. The shades were broken both in the bedroom and in the family room. We Called for housekeeping and they showed up two hours later. We arrived back to our room at 11:30 PM and they were still cleaning the room. We had booked for four people, but the couch did not have any blanket sheets or pillows. The room smelled horribly of cooked oil that just wouldn’t go away. All of our hair and clothing smelled the entire weekend. They told us they would bring an air purifier. They did not. The next day we asked again and they said they woud send up. They did not. We asked the third day and they still did not send it up. Initially, someone reached out to us regarding the issues and they sent a repair person to fix several things in the room. But they never sent the purifier. Every time we would get back to the room, we had to leave the door wide open, even when we napped because the odor was so strong. When we got home, all of our clothing needed to be washed with sanitizer.
