Tidewater 2715, Stunning 27th Floor with Beach Chairs, Gulffront Bedrm & 2 baths

We would have been more impressed if we could have entered the property when we arrived. We had to spend the first night in a motel because the host would not answer her phone all the first night and no messages were responded to. We first did not have the code and then found out the lock did not even work. We finally got in after an entire day the second day with a locksmith and security. The host was rude when she finally called me and blamed me for not finding the code. Security could not find it either. She says she is helping her relatives, but the handyman said she engages him to work on all of her properties in the area. She told us she does not answer any calls after she is asleep, and apparently when she is eating. Anyone with a business knows that availability to your customers should be primary. My husband and I are in our 80s and saved up for a wonderful trip to Florida and missed being able to have much fun since it took us two days to get in and two days to recover. Vrbo did refund us the amount we spent on the motel the first night, and the host said she was refunding us 100 for getting off to a rough start, but that is the entire reimbursement we received. I would never stay in any property managed by Rachel Stichnoch, as she does not service her customers, nor is she the slightest bit understanding when she is the one at fault for a poor stay. Overall nice property but floors are aging and the tile is etched to concrete, allowing dirt buildup.

Lovely large space! We loved being up on the 27th floor. The view is stunning! Check in process a bit tricky due to the resort - nothing to do with this condo. I did reach out to the property manager to send a picture of damage upon our arrival and never heard back.

We had a wonderful time in Panama City. The condo was perfect!! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I give it a 10/10.

Great stay. Make sure you get security’s number for the elevators. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Well worth it!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Condo was sooo clean. I inspect properties after cleaner cleans them in gulf shores al. This condo is a1 . Would definitely stay here again.

The best way to describe this place is excellence. From the communication to the cleanliness to small things like having easily accessible places to plug in devices, you can tell Bill and his niece Rachel have considered it and chosen to make it top-notch. We make a few trips to PCB each year and this will be the first place we check on all future trips.

Trip was perfect from the beginning to the end. Very easy check in as well. Unit was absolutely perfect, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Very spacious, clean, up to date and the view is breath taking. The view from the balcony left me speechless!! This is by far the best VRBO I have stayed in. Definitely booking again!

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and so was our room. Our host was very pleasant to work with as we rescheduled due to the weather. We will definitely consider staying again!

I’m pretty hard to please and never find a VRBO that has an accurate description with current pictures!! The condo was as described and our host was absolutely amazing! Rachel was responsive and flexible with us the entire weekend. We loved chair service and the gorgeous views from the balcony. Thank you for sharing your home for our weekend getaway!!

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The pictures Literally did it no justice. From the moment we stepped in the unit we felt like we were home. Everything was nice and clean. We have stayed at Tidewater numerous times and this unit by far has been the absolutely best unit we have stayed in. Rachel (the host) was very nice and communicated with us prior to arrival as well as while we were there. This is the perfect condo for a nice getaway for 2. My husband and I plan to return really soon. We were kind of worried at 1st because of how high up the unit was and we are familiar with Tidewater elevators. Luckily, we had no problems with the elevators until the last day at chcekout and everyone was leaving at the same time. I took another persons advice and called down to request someone send the elevator after waiting about 20 minutes and they sent it right up to us.Also, the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Overall this was an excellent unit and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We loved staying at this cozy condo with fabulous views! My hubby and I had a relaxing trip right before the hustle and bussel of the school year kicks off. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

The condo and view was awesome. Everything like they say. The worse part is the elevators. They are horrible. I did find out that you can call customer registration and security tell them you need pickes up on your floor. That helped. If you stay hear just be prepared to wait a hour to go down the elevator and about 30 minutes to go up to your floor. Because off the elevator situation is the only reason i would never stay again. You waste to much time of your day.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and loved it! The unit itself was exactly as pictured. The balcony was huge and was great for sitting on in the evenings. We had brunch at the restaurant onsite and it was great. Having the beach chair rental included was great and super convenient. Like the other reviews mention, the elevators get very busy, especially during peak times, so just plan accordingly. When the staff took over running the elevators it helped keep things moving much better. Overall a great weekend!
