Stayed Jul 3, 2025The place was good just the hot tub in the master suit was not cleaned properly when the jets came on a bunch of black stuff came out maybe mold I’m not sure. The towels were not very clean either. Other than that it was as described online. Nice place.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We rented both sides for a mini family reunion. Great amount of space for 5 adults and 7 kids ages 1-13. We enjoyed both outdoor pools and the littles loved playing in the playground. The door ways open to connect both sides and it was great to have two living rooms while the younger crowd napped on one side the others could watch tv on the other side. Great location close to water parks, shopping, and colonial Williamsburg and Busch gardens. It is a time share so they do invite you to watch a presentation, but they’re not pushy if you decline. Overall great stay and would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Great location to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Park and many more close by activities. The rental and property were clean. The staff and property manager were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023Overall a good stay. Only disappointment was the indoor pool being closed particularly with the weather not being brilliant. We could really have used it.

Stayed Aug 15, 2022We thought the units could have been cleaner. Also, we were short of bath towels and blankets. Thought the kitchen could have been equipped with more cookware. The resort is conveniently located close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Village plus restaurants and grocery stores.
