Stayed Apr 12, 2023House was convenient to Busch Gardens and also colonial Williamsburg which was a plus. Kids loved the indoor pool on the one rainy day we had. House itself is not the one pictured in the listing so be aware. They are outdated- needs updating on appliances and electronics. One tv had lines running through it and the dishwasher wouldn’t open and close properly. Communication with property manager was good.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022Property, location and amenities were nice but the venue was dull and uneventful. The property seemed to be designed with no activities for middle aged adults. Everything entertaining was off the facility

Stayed Jul 2, 2022We had a great time! The transaction was so smooth & easy! I wish I was made aware that we needed to provide dish cleaning supplies & toilet paper after the inital small supply was depleted. Other than that, it was perfect!

Stayed Nov 24, 2021Property is completely outdated, from furniture to appliances. Beds, couch, light fixtures, carpet, etc are very old. Appears late eighties. Parking isn't abundant, particularly if your neighbors have guests over. You are given a parking placard at check in, but guests apparently don't need it so be prepared for a walk. Due to weather, we didn't get to see amenities so I couldn't comment. Unless advertised under new management and renovated, I do not recommend. Aside from that, staff was friendly and location is close to major access roads. In the end, paid more than I should for what we got.

Stayed Jul 19, 2021Photos on listing was model home not the actual cottage. Old decor and the entire cottage was dirty to include something growing in dishwasher. Property manager did offer to refund my money/ comp a weekend at another resort. However, nothing else in the area so that wasn’t an option. Lesson: confirm or ask for actual pictures of what you’re renting.

Stayed Jul 11, 2021Check in was quick, did not receive any pressure when picking up parking passes to attend sales pitch. Did not use the pools but the gym was great. Cottage was in great condition, only negative was that a thorough dusting needs to be done. We had the three bedroom, which is actually two units, one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom. Would definitely rent again in the future.
