Stayed Sep 6, 2025The location is excellent for Disney and Universal. There is a Walmart and Publix extremely close by for all shopping needs. I will definitely stay here next year. I will recommend to all my friends for sure..

Stayed Jan 10, 2025My wife and I stayed in a 2BR, 2 Bath unit. It is a gated community and very quiet. There is a Denny's near the entrance, which is convenient. We ate twice at the pizza restaurant, located in the clubhouse. It was handy and the people were nice.

Stayed Feb 14, 2024Clean property. Was great to have a kitchen available so we didn’t have to go to a restaurant for every meal. Property had a lot of activities to offer.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023We enjoyed the property and all the amenities. The shuttle to the theme parks were great for saving on the parking costs. We definitely would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 9, 2022The condo was clean and well kept. Two of my grandchildren came to visit during the day and had a great time at the splash pad. A great trip! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022Property smelled like cats. When I took my 10/11 yr. old girls to the on site mini golf area, there were 5 drunk men who were cussing up a storm and being rude and obnoxiously loud- not appropriate- left beer bottles all over the mini golf area. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Carpets felt dirty and sticky. The area didn't feel safe. The book in the room featuring amenities was not updated, with open, closing and delivery times of restaurants being wrong. The kid manning the rec. Center seemed annoyed at our presence. So yeah, just OK, I would not stay again.
