Stayed Dec 30, 2020The property itself was pretty, room was just ok, it did the job for the short time we were actually in the room. Bathroom had a sliding door that was really hard to slide and actually close so that was a hassle.. Liked that it had a fridge for sure. Pools were great at night, covid restrictions were unfortunate but understandable. Staff was HORRIBLE! The attendants for the pool were SO rude to literally everyone we saw have an interaction with them. The concierge girl and girl that gave me info over the phone was awesome but everyone else had a sour attitude and that kinda put a damper on the mood and ambience for sure. The girl that worked overnight at the front desk and little store was SO RUDE too. For the price and the location you'd think everyone would have been more helpful and more upbeat and nice but it just wasnt that way. The shuttle was AWESOME and the shuttle drivers were AMAZING! They need more money for what they do and the attitudes they have, they made our stay at this property worth it for sure.
