Stay in my OCEANFRONT condo, not across the street in the villas! 2Br2Ba Tower 1

Condo could have been cleaned before our stay

The condo is very outdated. The upkeep is not there. There was mold everywhere, many things did not work it need to be replaced. We were given the last amount of necessities to get us through the 5 days. The entire building seems to be in the same shape. The pools and hot tubs were great. The landscaping was beautiful. The security people were fabulous! The pool guys were great. Access to the beach was excellent. I was just unsatisfied with the condition of the actual condo. The pillow cases had lipstick on them, the washer and dryer only worked ok, the fridge was dirty and rusty, the air vents were caked with dust and mold. It have a very bad feeling that everything was dirty. Only one of the two showers worked. l truly want to go back because it was so convenient but I don't want my daughter with asthma to have complications from staying there.

On a positive note, I had an issue with finding the parking email and they were very helpful with getting me the details I needed. The condo’s description seems outdated. The entire condo was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. I understand that these rooms are used frequently, and I’m okay with wear and tear or broken items. However, I expect them to be clean. I cleaned the kitchen before using it, but it was left dirty, with sticky counters. The bedroom carpet was also very dingy, not the typical tile you find in Florida. Additionally, the sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. I didn’t call and complain because I was on vacation and had already cleaned up. I understand that these are money-making properties, and I’m all for that, but I do expect them to be kept clean.

Stay was average, however, condo needs some updating and cleanliness could be better.

My family stayed here for a week. The condo was as advertised. It was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The balcony view is amazing! Large pool and beach are close and convenient. Overall it was a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

We love this condo! It’s a wonderful value, location, and our favorite resort at PCB. This is our second time to rent this unit. I’m sure we will rent again in the future. I highly recommend renting this unit!

Mike was beyond amazing! If you are looking for an affordable way to stay beach side, this is it! Overlooking the lagoon pool and beach was awesome! We could hear the live music from our condo and was just absolutely the best location! This was by far our best experience at Edgewater and we have been coming here for years. Thank you Mike and Larry for making everything so easy! We will back next year!!

Great stay

Edgewater and condo are always good.

Owner is Easy to deal with and property manager answered every question and helped us when we had to cancel due to hurricane Helene last week.

We had an awesome time! Michael is the best and is available for anything you may need. Checking in was great, no issues. The grounds of Edgewater are beautiful and clean. You won’t get a better view. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the balcony with that view is priceless. The condo itself needs to be updated and cleaned. The kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, dishes,utensils, etc. The beds are comfortable but the living room sofas are very uncomfortable and old. We still had a very good time. The weather was perfect and really enjoyed the many restaurants.

Needs a few upgrades but overall was very nice

Perfect place to stay

Stay was great! Everything was accurate to posting. Host and property manager where very accommodating and prompt to respond.

Great unit. Communication with owner/manager excellent. Unit is a bit dated but it’s as described and worked just fine for us-family of 5 in town for softball. Beautiful view of the pools/gulf. Proximity to ballparks and attractions is excellent, and it’s right on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Would absolutely rent again.

Edgewater is our favorite resort in PCB. The pool can’t be beat. Other than the pool the parking, location, beach front, etc are all perfect. Larry’s condo has a great view of both the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable, linens were ample, bathrooms very nice, kitchen is small but more than adequate, plenty of seating and a plus was the Roku TV’s.

Very good for the price!!! My daughter’s dance nationals were held at the event center located at the resort, so staying at the resort was a must. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the event center from the condo!!! Everything was exactly as it looked in the pictures!! We had a great time and will book again if we go back to Panama City Beach.

This place was great for our family of 5. I will definitely be coming back next year! Property manager was amazing to work with!
