Stayed Mar 1, 2025Get ready in the condo and walk to the lifts! Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful solid dining room table made for fun dinners and card games with the family. Mimi reached out right after booking and was a pleasure to work with. Access to the Club was a plus - as was soaking in the hot-tub under the stars after a great day of skiing.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025This is our second year to stay at this location. It has plenty of space to accommodate my husband and I, our kids (2 young, active boys), and my parents. We even had some friends (2 adults, 2 kids) over for dinner that were also staying in the lodge and we had plenty of space. The location and ease of getting out to the slopes can’t be beat! Great heated parking garage with easy access for loading/unloading. The Durango Mountain Club amenities (pool, games, dining) is all wonderful! We plan to make this our yearly location when we visit!

Stayed Jan 1, 2025This was a great place to stay, located right at the base of the mountain, with plenty of space in the lodge. We appreciated the cleanliness, good furnishings, good communication with the owner, and enjoyed ending the day with the outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub. Hope to return some day!

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Nice views from balcony. The place is so much bigger then it looks online. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it’s very quiet. Our condo was in Pergatory Resort Bldg., (#205) which was convenient. Owner is responsive & so nice. Close to hiking & some small lake campgrounds. We loved it! Didn’t want to depart!

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Best part is the location of course being right on the mountain. Garage access is great. There was an issue with dishwasher. Maintenance staff responded quickly but had to wait on part. Not a big deal for us as only there a few days and should be fixed soon I expect. Note for summer time stays that AC units for lodge are outside windows so noisy with windows open. Luckily my kids like it noisy for sleeping but others may not.
