This was a single family home via VRBO that I found on Travelocity. It was a very clean home, right off main street and not far from Luray Caverns and Shanadoah National Park. We were only 2 people so we probably didn't need this much space, but I could see it being great for a family or group of friends.
House was clean and well provisioned (kitchen items, spices/cooking spray, plenty of towels, hairdryer, iron/ironing board). Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice, though its on the front porch- we used the cover and towels to create a little more privacy (though, the street isn't too busy). Walked to restaurants and greenway.
Our family was in town for a wedding. Sadath and his wife were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early & being quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Through the chaos of wedding events, it was a pleasure to come home to a clean, quiet, & comfy home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Luray, thanks again Sadath!
We had a great time. The house was everything we hoped it would be and the host was very helpful and friendly. The town was great too.
Great place not far outside Shenandoah park and has easy access to all the Luray sites. It is located a next to the Main Street that leads into downtown, so it is a little busy during the day but quiet at night. Everything is neat and clean and well appointed. Beds were super comfortable, which can be hard to find in rentals. The hot tub was superb and it was great to sink into after hiking all day. It is a little weird being on the front porch, but we setup the hot tub cover so it blocked the view. Had a great trip and this place helped!
We had a great long weekend away enjoying the Luray area. The house was spotless we had what we needed. We all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each day and wish the weather had cooperated so we could have enjoyed a fire. The host was phenomenal! He was excellent at communicating with us and happy to answer any questions we may have. We would love to stay at this property again, or another property managed by this host.
Great location close to the ballpark. Great place for a quiet getaway. Walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Wish we had time to shop in all the little shops in town.
Great House for the family
