The deck is very nice, large, and has a great view of the water. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our host was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early.

This cozy rental felt like a cottage perched on the edge of a serene lake. The expansive deck/hot tub made for great watercraft viewing, lovely mornings, and gorgeous sunsets! Well stocked, with fresh, clean linens.

All around excellent!! Clean, Pet friendly. Highly Recommended.However, if you plan on cooking, especially sautéing foods, you might wish to bring your own pans, unless you like old, scratched up nonstick pans.

An absolutely incredible property. The space is extremely clean and well maintained. Breathtaking views all around inside and out. The host makes the rental process easy and very convenient. I would highly recommend, we’ll definitely be coming back here!

Beautiful living area, deck and spa

It was amazing being right on the water! We woke up every morning to watch the sun rise while we soaked and read in the hot tub. We paddleboarded right off the shore (brought our paddleboards from home). On top of that our dog was in absolute heaven! Quiet neighborhood, quieter part of the lake but still super close to all the action at the same time. I have no complaints, it was a perfect stay for us.

First time to Lake Havasu and could not be more impressed with our stay. Booking and communication went smoothly with no issues. The location and accommodations were perfect for my wife and I. Right on the lake, beautiful sun sets and sun rises! Crystal clear water and just a short drive or Uber from anything. Ready to be back already!

This was a great, quiet & relaxing getaway for my new husband and I. Some much needed r&r after our wedding. We had a great time and my husband got to enjoy fishing every morning. We also took our dogs with us. We had a great time & would love to come back again! Thanks for a great stay.

The resort was clean, and the staff was helpful and professional. The boat ramps and slips were convenient. The public boat ramp that is located next to the resort was a better choice since the water level at the resort ramp was too low. Parking at the house was not made for bigger vehicles, it had just barely had enough room for our full size. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The a/c units worked wonderful. The house needs painted inside, and a better cleaning process of the whole house especially the shower floor. A window blind was missing in the living room, it was in a box on top of the fridge but hadn't been installed. Host stated that there would be a new dishwasher installed since the one in the house was not working.

Good location, right on the water and great view of the mountains. except for the heat it was a good vacation .

Beautiful place a little smaller then iit looked and there’s no way you can sleep 5 people unless you have some sleep outside but the deck is huge way bigger then the house. But, you can sleep 2 comfortably.

This unit was one of the best on the island! The back deck is amazing and the water views cannot be beat. Great location and the golf cart was a lot of fun driving around the island with our pups. Steve as a great host and check in was flawless We will be back!
