Stayed Mar 13, 2025Hot water didnt work, said to run sink in bathroom when had shower on to get warm water; ice maker was frozen into block if ice so unable to use freezer cause tracks on freezer drawer were frozen; master bedroom door did not stay shut and lock was not lined up (all slider doors) BUT marriot staff was amazing!

Stayed Jan 28, 2026The suite was not up to par for a Marriott room. Overall it was tired and in need of much love. However, the host was responsive and helpful resolving some issues.We had no heat during the cold snap on two different days and the problem was resolved. One day it was due to an issue with the heat pump in the room. The next day it was due to the hotel HVAC system not working.The mattress in main bedroom was not a classic Marriott mattress, it was sunken and had no support. The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not working and someone rolled up a towel and placed a bowel under the disposal to absorb the leaking water. This was repaired while we were there.
