Stayed Oct 14, 2023The check in process is awful. We did not have a room until 730. We arrived at 330. With that being said. We had a beautiful room. The propery was clean.as with most resorts you need our own beach chairs or you pay separately for them..But I would book again.

Stayed Jul 4, 2021Pictures and information show beach front rooms. Our room was actually across the street from the beach but had access to the pools and beach front area. Overall was still pleased with the room and property.

Stayed Dec 12, 2019Property is nice in a great location. Checked in very late so avoided the high pressure time share pitch. The unit is advertised as two been two bath but only had one shower in the unit. Bedding consisted of one King one queen and a sofabed. Biggest issue was ongoing construction. All day, Saturday and Sunday included. Cutting patio blocks till 7 pm in pool and barbecue area creating incredible noise and dust clouds. Unfortunately right outside our room. Our only request was a late check-out. Denied.

Stayed Apr 22, 2019Have been coming here for 8 years. Love the rooms. Nicely decorated and homey. 4 nice pools. Plenty of activities. We will be coming back.

Stayed Jan 8, 2019Property was awesome. The condo in the Key West location was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Check in was easy - hard to avoid the traditional ‘welcome to time share’ meeting, but we did! No meeting for me, thanks! Would be very nice if this property had a small breakfast diner. It has a deli, but could really use a breakfast site. Pools were great, tiki bar, karaoke and Taco Tuesday were great!
