Stayed Jun 19, 2022Daytona beach is pretty...but this property is NOT what was advertised...It was a bait and switch; falsely advertised...Moldy, gross, beat up and sadly filthy. There was even an old makeup remover pad stuck to the mirror. The staff were trying for the most part, but God forbid if you left your chair by the pool for more than 30 minutes (39 to be exact)...The chair police come and snatch your towels away. Take your stuff and dump it in the corner of the bar. That was a highlight. Too bad there aren't negative star ratings on this... I highly recommend spending your time and money in the swamps of Alabama over here...The armpit of Florida.

Stayed Mar 18, 2022The location and property was wonderful and well kept up. The condo decor however was very outdated and in need of a deep clean. I understand it’s a beach condo but there was sand everywhere. All over the rug and couches. We walked into the condo and there was eyelashes stuck on the wall and what appeared to be blood. We found old food in several of the cabinets. The shared shower did not drain and the shower curtain was all yellow. Toothpaste all over the sink. The shower attached to the master had mold all over the door. The jacuzzi tub had not been cleaned. Large clumps of hair stuck on the sides. There was garbage next to the bed in the room with the kitchenette. Beds appeared to be clean and were comfortable. Check in process was easy. The pool was very clean. Beach was beautiful. This location has great potential. Beautiful view.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I booked a vacation trip as a reward for a group of managers for my business. The first morning of out stay every one was woken early in the morning by jack hammering through out the building due to work being performed to the indoor pool. I raised the issue with the manager Jalonnie Cooper who told me that we would receive some sort of discount for the inconvenience. They never gave us the discount but instead charged our credit card for parking. In two follow up emails we have never received the discount as promised. Not being charged for parking would have at least been some thing they could of offered to make things better for the inconvenience but they decided to lie about and then charge us any way. I have stayed at the Ocean Walk over the last 8 years. I will not be returning after this disappointing interaction with management. Very disappointing

Stayed Mar 9, 2018We stayed here for bike week with two other couples, had plenty of room and privacy and the condo was nice and clean. Very easy process.
