Stayed Jul 20, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott OceanWatch! We had one of the garden view rooms. We were assigned to a room in the Pine building, which was on the first floor. Despite being on the first floor, we had essentially the same level of privacy that you would expect from a higher floor and had a charming view of many trees and a creek that passed in front of our room. As far as food goes, we liked Woody's, which I believe has the same food as the Sand Dollar. The fish in the fish and chips was delicious! I would definitely recommend it!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025The hotel was nice. The room was clean and met our needs for an 2 bedroom. The listing however, was inaccurate. The photos for “Oceanside” show a sea view from both the balcony as well as the bedrooms but you may or may not get a view depending on what floor you’re on. We were told that you cannot choose which floor. It’s chosen by the hotel upon check-in. If you’re on the ground floor, you will not see any of the ocean. As for us we had a view of the parking lot. Unfortunately, We had to pay the same price as an ocean view.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The resort was lovely. The pools were great and there were several from which my family could choose. My children loved the treehouse playground as well. The entire transaction was seamless. We had no issues checking in at the resort. The resort met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dunes.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Villa 2BR was very clean, activities throughout the day, several pools, volleyball, gym, and rental chairs and umbrella in the beach were enjoyed ! Will be back!
