Ocean View - 1 Bedroom - Marriott's Maui Ocean Club: Molokai, Lanai, Maui Towers - Full Resort Acces

Location of property is great, close to shopping and dining. Staff is very friendly and offered cart ride to shopping center when we appreciated. The property offered fun family activities for the kids almost daily. Aside from those positives, our stay started out rough as we opened up extra bedding bag to make up the sofa bed for our kids, there were several dark red STAINS all over the sheets - I was shocked and disgusted they would prepare this for new guests. New sheets were eventually received but this was a really poor first impression as it was our first time staying at this property. Also the only other bedding available for our kids to use were old thin dingy scratchy fleece blankets, we had to make a request for the comforter used in main bedroom. Second, we utilized the poolside delivery using the QR code provided on our umbrella. I received a text stating they would arrive in roughly 30 min which seemed long for 2 drinks but I waited. Nothing came in which I had to flag down staff. 2 separated watery drinks arrived after 45 MINUTES LATER on top of the 30 already waited. These are $34 drinks plus $5 tip. I did file a complaint as this is unacceptable if you ever want guests to come back or order anything again. The food & bev manager Crystal did call us and was very nice to offer comp items at the food stand to make up for the poor experience. There were several other minor issues, taking all of that into account we would choose another property the next visit.

Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott thing. I feel like post Covid now resorts are just saving costs and using Covid as an excuse. We would come down to the pool in the morning and it wasn't always clean, sometimes cups and trash from the day before. But our room was great, and Vacation Candy was great all the way throughout and I can't really complain about anything on this side of it. I would definitely recommend this place and this service again.

Loved the room and the view. It was well worth it. The whole property had so much to offer the guests. Would definitely stay there again if I get back to Hawaii. And recommend to my friends. Simple reservation process through Vacation Candy - no issues.

Great resort, overlooking ocean, all amenities that you can think of, close to everything, great for couples and great for families, super clean, staff is so happy and friendly. Would go back anytime.

Wonderful resort. Beautiful, great location on Kaanapali beach within walking distance to Whaler's Village. Lots of fun activities for the kids. Fun pool with different pool areas, including a separate kids' pool with pirate ship.

This was a fantastic, family friendly resort. All that we needed was on site and restaurants and shopping well within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our vacation in every way. (Even the 5:00 a.m. wake ups from our toddler as the Starbucks on site opened early. :-)) Hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay, which was for our daughter's first Christmas. We were promised an ocean view, and not only did we get that we also got to be high up in the tower as requested! We saw whales from our lanai. It was quiet, right on the beach, and also close to the paved walking area to the Whalers Village. Lot's of pool options. Being that it was part of the busy season, we did have to do a little work to get a spot near the pool, but most days we were off to the beach so that never mattered! It has free on sight self-laundry, and the room was equipped with a fridge, sink, and dishwasher.

Love the village and great view. The pool and grounds are just great.

Our stay reserved through Vacation Candy was fantastic. Without being able to see photographs of the place we were renting upon reservation, we did not know what to expect. The location, decor and amenities of our specific suite were perfect. The resort itself has the best pool complex on Kaanapali Beach (aside from the Hyatt which is overly exclusive).
