Stayed May 23, 2025Our stay was so much better than expected! This unit is super close to everything and has a great view of the marina. My husband enjoyed the view of the yachts. Great restaurants, bars and shopping within a few minutes. The unit was cleaner and much larger than expected too! The layout was very functional and the two decks were a pleasant surprise!

Stayed May 18, 2024My 70 year old parents and myself were coming to town for a wedding and have never been to the area. We stumbled upon this and are so happy we did! Great location you can walk to everything in downtown Newport area! Unit was clean and parking was easy! The one complaint I have is there is very minimal lighting. Besides the lighting everything else was perfect!! Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Stayed May 24, 2024The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, steps to everything! the apartment was a nice size, with 2 large balconies with dining tables on either end. We did not have a view directly out to the water as is shown in the photos, but it was still lovely. Would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 21, 2022Location is perfect, would not rent the same unit again, layout is not inviting and the lighting is awful through out the entire place, bathrooms, living area. Both bathrooms are very cramped.
