Marriott's OceanWatch Villa -Oceanfront Only- Highest Reviewed Listing!

Donald Archer (the owner of travelscowt) is excellent. He facilitated our booking through the owner/VRBO, and I can't say enough about how thoughtfully he handled our reservation and requests. We had a 5th-floor corner room in OceanWatch's Conch Villas- with a nearly unobstructed ocean view and a large balcony. Our villa was spacious and spotless. Unlike some upscale beach condos and homes we've stayed in, the guest room at OceanWatch was a dream. It featured two queen beds, a spacious closet, a large dresser, and windows that provided a beautiful ocean view. Being next to the Marriott Hotel was awesome because we enjoyed convenient access to the Blu Bar restaurant/pool bar daily. I visited the Marriott's Hibiscus Spa twice during our short trip and loved the services each time. They also have a gift shop in the spa as well as one in the hotel lobby. The staff at OceanWatch was friendly from beginning to end. A few things to note...There is no valet parking or bellhop service available at OceanWatch. You must load/unload your baggage using the carts provided. They only offer self-parking in the attached garage, and you're also expected to take your bags of rubbish to the bins in the parking garage. Bring laundry detergent and hand soap (or buy some when you get there). There's no towel service at the pool, so you must use the beach towels initially provided in your villa and launder them daily throughout your stay. OVERALL 5 STARS!

Beautiful property. Ideal location for a family trip!

Unit: Very clean, modern decor. Plenty of clean towels, including pool towels. Comfortable bed. Master bathroom was large and clean. Great shower pressure. Pools: Clean, decent size, not deep(only 4' max). Security will not allow footballs or volleyballs in the pool along with horse play. Balcony overlooking the pool on the 11th floor was great! Parking: Easy in and out of the garage. Parking stalls can be hard to find at times.Gym: Small and busy for this sized complex. Beach: Clean and orderly. Can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella 55/day

We had a great week at the Oceanwatch Villas in Myrtle Beach. No problems, just rest, relaxation and fun in the sun.

We had a great time ! Property is beautiful and clean, beach is just feet away . The property offers so much for kids and adults to do , we love it here and will be back next year !!!! Donald was so easy to get a hold of and messages back very quickly he’s organized and efficient !

Our family had a fantastic week staying in this villa, which was truly as oceanfront as it’s listed. The resort’s location is close enough to dining and attractions for them to feel convenient, but isolated and private enough to feel respite from the tourist traps. We’re already looking forward to a return trip!

As a family of 5, this was less than two hotel rooms. We were also able to bring my mom due to the extra space. I loved having the kitchen! It's so expensive to eat out, so we could bring leftovers to reheat or buy/cook breakfast or sandwiches for lunch and ivy go out once a day, which was a huge savings! I had a conference at the Marriott Spa & Conference center next door and thexwalk was quicker than staying IN that hotel. Beautiful! I would definitely go again! (Just ignore the timeshare group in the lobby-just say no)

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The description was exactly as stated. Very clean, the perfect space for our large family, the property manager made the check in process very smooth, activities on site daily to keep the kids busy, and even a Starbucks on site which had my teenagers happy. My husband who is very hard to please said he would come back to this property in a heart beat. You will not be disappointed.
