Stayed Dec 26, 2025Amazing property! Plenty of room for our party of 7. Location cannot be beat - literally steps away from the gondola and all the Heavenly Village shops and restaurants. The ski valet was also very convenient. 10/10, highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are planning to ski at Heavenly. The property is right at the base of the gondola and the convenient location within the village can't be beat. Shops and restaurants as you walk out the door. The host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 29, 2022This property is in the Marriott Timberlodge at Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe. You get the benefits of a Marriott (clean rooms, WiFi, gym-pool-hot tub access) along with the convenience of being right next to the loading area of the Gondola that takes you up the slopes. Additionally, there are a bunch of restaurants that are less than a 3 minute walk from your room. The owner is very responsive and collaborative. Two thumbs up!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022Our stay was wonderful and the host was very helpful and her response time was immediate. Our location was perfect; the Villa had the best view of the band and the fireworks. Tahoe was a bit crowded, but that was to be expected on New Years. It seems that the property is short staffed, but this is the new normal post COVID. However, the trip exceeded expectations!
