Stayed Mar 25, 2023Great location, amenities, and overall feel. Literally, the place is located on some of the most nicely groomed beaches on the island, with so much to do within only 30-45 walk, and/or drive. Whale watching tours dispatch from the area a few miles away in Lahaina, or you can see them from your room, at times, which was great. Charter boat fishing is available within a five minute walk up the beach. We took a five-hour trip between Moloka'i and Lanai, and caught several species of fish (e.g., amber jack, gray snapper, gray trevally); and of course, whales were breaching the surface everywhere, although late in the season (late March). We also snorkeled Molokini, and Turtle Town (the turtles swam up and alongside you at times). Moving on to the resort..it has everything you need, and has several nice pools for the kids, and for adults. You really don't ever need to leave it if you just want to relax, get a tan, have a cocktail, etc. It's that nice! We were pretty worn out by the end of our trip and that's what we did, and left feeling pretty relaxed.

Stayed Dec 24, 2021We had a great time at this property. We had a 2 bedroom with a living room in between. It was spacious enough for a family of 6. The pools are amazing and having the beach right there is so convenient. The paved beach pathway leading to the other resorts and Whalers Village is a huge plus. The only downside was our unit did not have any way to cook besides a microwave. It did have a decent size fridge and a dishwasher. The other big downside was the unit did not have a washer and dryer in it as I had been told (maybe they misunderstood me). There were washers and dryers in the resort but we didn’t feel like having to spend time in a laundry mat on vacation. Luckily there are plenty of places to buy new clothes if needed. There is also a communal kitchen, we didn’t try that either so I can’t comment on that. We didn’t have any trouble getting chairs by the pool and there are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent as well. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with the family.
