Venture Out is a private, gated community overlooking the Atlantic ocean, boasting an 80-foot communal pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, bocce & basketball courts, childrens playground, a recreation center, a convenience store with a boat fueling station, boat ramp and washout area, laundry facilities, 24 hour security and more. You'll have access to a plethora of wonderful amenities to enhance your vacation experience.
With water and sewer hookups, as well as 50 or 30 amp service, an outdoor dining table for 6 and picnic table, this lot is designed to accommodate your every need. Conveniently located within a short walking distance of the community's amenities, this lot offers easy access to all that Venture Out has to offer.
Please note that a Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out Security upon arrival. Additionally, parking is available for only one vehicle per unit, and extra parking permits may be obtained from the Guard Station for a nominal nightly fee, subject to availability. It is important to adhere to all Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Renters must be 25 years or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, all of whom must be registered with the Rental Manager.
Furthermore, up to 2 dogs are permitted per Venture Out Regulations. Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am.

The location of this RV lot was perfect. Right across the street from the pool, water, hot tub, rest rooms, laundry, etc. It is a large lot. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay there again. The community was terrific! Everyone was very friendly, lots of activities including pancake breakfast on Saturdays, pickleball, tennis, basketball, kids play area and so much more.

Loved the patio furniture available for use. Nice shade trees. There was a problem with the sewage hookup when we arrived but the property manager was quick to help us. Some cute plants and decorations. Right across from the pool and hot tub. Perfect location
