Stayed Jan 6, 2026There were a few minor problems, there was no parking pass but the host said there was one. After communication with the property manager, the host found out parking pass wasnt needed. The door locking did not work without some effort and trial and error. However each problem was addressed asap by the host. Otherwise great place! Thus the 4 out of 5

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We were celebrating the Fourth of July with family in the area and decided to give Little Harbor a try. Very glad we did, comfortable room all the amenities you would expect. The owners were very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything. We cannot say enough about the entire area, several pools close by, restaurants in walking distance and water views anywhere you look. It was just generally a peaceful and scenic location that we would love to visit again.

Stayed Dec 19, 2023The property was nice. The major issue was a large amount of mold in the wall AC and vents. This can cause respiratory issues along with other problems. My husbad has Asthma and the property Manager knew we were staying at the unit while my husband was recovering from a major operation. We ony stayed at the property for an hour. After the discovery, we contacted the property mgmt and we left for obvious reasons. The manger told the host we stated there was dust coming out of the AC, which was a lie. After letting the Host know the truth and sending her pictures She refuses to refund our money or even offer an apology.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023The floors were dirty, but rest was great. Pool and restaurants were excellent. Would stay again. Great experience. Would recommend putting some breakfast places for your guests in the room. Also where the garbage cans are located.
