Stayed Nov 28, 2025There wasn’t any wash cloths available… we found a dirty one later in the washer/dryer; We tried drying some clothes which didn’t dry properly after 25 minutes; The front room TV didn’t work with the remote properly and the water pressure was very poor to take a shower! It took 3X more time to take a shower…We won’t be staying here anytime soon into the future and found better!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025I truly enjoyed my stay at the Westgate Lodge. My granddaughter enjoyed the waterpark. Everything was beautiful, check in was awesome. I was kept update on the activities for the day. We attended several of them, my granddaughter was speechless. Would recommend it. Will be going back.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024The cabin was even prettier in person. It was basically brand new. It was very clean. The view was beautiful. The property manager was very accommodating, in fact she went above and beyond to help get my reservation co-ordinated.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024This place was great. From communication with the owner, to the check in process, the amenities of the resort and the check out process. Check-in and check-out both were easy and hassle free. The property owner communicated everything with me and I appreciated that. The Waterpark was great for my son. The resort is centrally located between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge which is convenient. Would definitely stay again.
