Stayed Aug 7, 2021Great location! A short walk to center of town but quiet in the evenings. The pool does get crowded and there is only 1 parking spot allowed per unit.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024This room was great for what we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen with two children under 4. The room was clean and so were the plates, glasses and everything we used in the kitchen. The host answered questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that stuck out to me was that we were not aware that the indoor pool was under construction when we booked however the host let us know immediately and gave us the option to cancel if it was an issue. The construction work did not bother our stay. The outdoor pool was heated.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Bill’s place was absolutely perfect. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and a very quick walk to the harbor, restaurants, and shops in downtown Newport. I’ve stayed at many places in Newport and this location cannot be beat. We look forward to coming back soon and staying here again!
