Lake Las Vegas Village

Great condo, grounds were beautiful and excellent communication

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Lake Las Vegas village and will be staying there every time we’re in Vegas. We loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of our unit and the surrounding areas. I would also like to give huge kudos to our unit agent Scott Kelly for making our check in and out real easy. Scott was always in contact and provided us the information we needed. Thanks Scott.

Very old room condition,microwave,stove and kitchen chairs very old.In the bathroom after takin a shower,the water did not leave for 30-40 minutes!

This was a nice place to use as a home base while our family explored the area in and around LV. Clean and comfortable bed, nice shower and kitchen area, and close to the pools, laundry, and parking.

The apartment was clean and neat, the bed comfortable, and the place was very nicely quiet. I appreciated the fitness room very close by, and the pool was pretty though I didn’t get a chance to swim this visit. The location was pretty and quiet. It’s about 20 minutes drive to excellent restaurants in Henderson, and 40 minutes to central Las Vegas. The host was an excellent communicator. We had a small delay in checking in related to the setting of the code on the door, but the host was very prompt at fixing it with the help of the maintenance person. Parking was convenient in the same building. Laundry machines were only a few doors away in the next hall, 1.75 for each machine payable by credit card. It would be good to bring your fav laundry soap.The kitchen was pretty well equipped, though we didn’t do much cooking.

Loved this place! The owner was very accommodating and responded back to all my questions in a timely man manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the owner is absolutely amazing! The unit is very clean, comfortable bed and very homey. Definitely on my list to come back.

Great place to stay in Lake Las Vegas

We had a few questions when we arrived and the host was very quick to respond.

Convenient location for what we wanted to do. (Hoover Dam, Willow Beach, Grand Canyon West, restaurants and coffee shops.)

Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of things to see locally in Henderson and less than a half hour from the strip

Great communication from Host. Beautiful, quiet setting in the Village with the pool over looking the lake. Close, walking proximity to many restaurants, and great central location for visiting Lake Mead & Las Vegas.

Location and amenities were great. Loved the pool and the access to the lake and lake activities. Restaurants were amazing as well. The property was as described and we enjoyed the stay. Great communication with property owner. We would highly recommend to others.

Scott was a wonderful host, very accommodating with our questions and requests, and always quick to respond. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We loved being able to take nightly walks around Lake Las Vegas and relax by the pool and hot tub. The area had plenty of excellent restaurants, yet it was still peaceful and quiet, offering a welcome escape from the busy Las Vegas Strip. But if you still wanted to visit the strip it is not too far away. Within just a few minutes drive, we could enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Mead and the surrounding area. Having a well equipped kitchen was also a great perk when we wanted a night in. Overall, it was the perfect relaxing getaway from our busy lives, and we would love to return again.

Was very impressed and we enjoyed our stay it’s located in a perfect area away from the City.We checked in and it was like go straight to your room no lines like Hotels and checkout felt good the kitchen was very clean and love the appliances !! Felt like a home away from home

More than anything this is a clean well kept unit. The hosts were very easy and helpful. I've stayedin several units in this building over the years and this was probably the overall best experience.The unit is a comfortable size for 2 people. For an outside street view it was very quiet, a good view actually and nice.I would stay again.

This stay was awesome! Very comfortable home. Very clean. The area is wonderful. Access to everything it’s connected to is great. I will definitely keep this on my list to come back and stay here. Host was awesome And responds quickly.

The condo I rented was great,the owner Scott was so nice anything we needed he was right on it

The room was great. The hallways could use some paint. Anything we requested Scott was helpful and made happen.A few tips to guests such as where the trash is located on Vrbo would be helpful.

We stayed here recently for three nights and it was great. It’s very quiet overall. The pool was never crowded so it was easy to find chairs in the shade. Entering the building and unit were super easy. Underground parking is so nice. The owner responded quickly to our questions. It was a bonus that the housekeeping staff took care of everything when we left. Most rentals require you to take garbages out or strip beds, etc. but not here. The area is very cute. A nice market where we got some breakfast and dinner items. The gelato and bakery were both really yummy. Everyone was really nice. We had three teenagers with us so sleeping five would have been a bit tricky but we brought a single mattress for one of the kids and there was room for it. A two ply toilet paper would be nice but other than that everything was great!!! The bed was really comfortable. It’s about 15 minutes from popular restaurants and 30 minutes from the strip. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Clean and great access to restaurants, grocery store and walking areas. Quiet and just an enjoyable location. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Many good features…location, quiet, safety, near restaurants and store, garage, television. As described and pictured. Host excellentWi-Fi excellent but our phones did not work well inside condo. Only other improvement would be additional silverware. All other kitchen items great

Great place for the family, quiet, nice pools

It was a wonderful week at Lake Las Vegas! The one-bedroom condominium at Viera was very comfortable. The balcony was perfect for relaxing!The grounds surrounding the Viera were filled with well-maintained plants and flowers - so very beautiful! The village was the perfect place to enjoy a walk along the water or grab a bite to eat. Thank you for a wonderful week,

My only complaint is the unit could use a manual to explain some of the systems like the ac/heat. I never did figure out why the the thermostat would chandler the settings by itself a couple of hours after I set it. It led to some cold nights when I had to reset it when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the unit was on the cold side. In the daytime it was easier to keep up with because you are awake and can reset every few hours.For me it was a little bit of a treasure hunt finding the unit and the best way to get to if from the parking garage.i don’t live in a multi unit building so maybe I’m just not up to speed on typical arrangements.Overall everything was fine.

Nice 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen for our Thanksgiving visit with our family. 30 minutes from Vegas or across Henderson. I would drag again.

We were visiting family in Henderson, we booked this amazing VRBO solely on the basis that it was in Henderson. We had no idea that Lake Las Vegas was a hidden gem between Vegas and Henderson nestled at the base of the mountains. Access from Las Vegas Airport via Lake Mead Parkway was approx 30 minutes. Apartment was clean, good linens and towels. There is a nice local market only 4 minute walk from apartment, fresh fruit/veggies, deli,beer/wine and liquors.. Scott’s response to inquiries and communication is amazingly quick. We are VRBO operators as well , so at times we tend to be hypercritical…. Scott definitely passed our test!! Thanks Scott!!! Scott's place was perfect. Had all of the needed amenities and we loved the quiet and dark that came with being away from the city. Scott is a great host and very responsive.

Best place to stay in the Vegas area. Host responsive immediately to any requests. 5 stars only cause we can’t give 20 stars..outstanding
